The website

The site presents the studio and its apps. The interface previews, figures and examples shown are illustrative: they do not describe a guaranteed result. Describing an app as “coming soon” or “in preparation” is not a commitment on a date or availability.

The site is provided as is; its content may change without notice.

The apps

Yū Focus is distributed through the App Store. Unless its listing says otherwise, its use is governed by Apple’s standard licence for licensed apps (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). Purchases and billing are handled by Apple.

The data the app processes is described in its privacy policy.

Yū Focus and the studio’s apps are not medical devices and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

Waitlist

Signing up to the Yū Habits waitlist creates no obligation, either for you or for the studio. How your address is handled is described in the website privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The texts, visuals, logos, names and interfaces of the site and the apps belong to Frédéric Gross unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited, apart from a short quotation crediting the source.

Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple Health are trademarks of Apple Inc. These marks belong to their owners.
